Oh friends, we are truly living in perilous times, which means dangerous times.
In 2 Timothy 3:12, Paul tells us about persecution. It says, “Yea, and all that will liv godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.”
We have a missionary that our church supports that sent us a picture Sunday morning from Haiti (this is where he is right now), but the picture was of a man that had been burned alive. The man’s son is a good friend of our missionary. Our missionary was wanting the church to pray for him for a safety hedge around him.
We need to be sure of our salvation; time is winding up. Will we stand for Jesus or betray him like Judas; will we deny him like Peter?
We all need to get down to business with the Lord and quit playing church. It’s time to get real.
