Chocolate Éclair
My Grandmother Hanna was a wonderful cook and baker. I have many wonderful childhood memories that were made with her in the kitchen. She knew that I loved chocolate and when I visited her, she always baked something with chocolate.
This Chocolate Éclair was my most favorite dessert that she made. Not only does this dessert feed a crowd, but it is simple and easy to make. It is also perfect treat for your sweetie on Valentine's Day!
