You have been made Respondents in the suit filed in the Chancery Court of Winston County, Mississippi, by Cindy Nabers petitioning for letters of administration and an adjudication of the statutory heirs at law of James Erwin Nabers, Deceased. You are summoned to appear before the Honorable Kiley Kirk, Chancellor of the Chancery Court of Winston County, State of Mississippi, on Tuesday, the 26th day of November, 2019, at the Neshoba County Courthouse located at 401 E. Beacon Street, Philadelphia, Neshoba County, Mississippi, in your capacity as an Heir at Law of James Erwin Nabers, Deceased, for a hearing in connection with the issuance of letters of administration and a determination and adjudication of the heirs at law of James Erwin Nabers, Deceased. Said hearing will commence at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard. In case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for money or other things demanded in the Petition.

The Board of Supervisors of Winston County, Mississippi will receive bids for the construction of the Highpoint-Weir Bridge Project, Emergency Road and Bridge Repair Fund Project No. ERBR-80(02), no later than 10:00 A.M., Local Time, December 2, 2019 , at the Winston County Courthouse located at 115 South Court Ave., Louisville, MS 39339. All bids so received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work shall consist essentially of the following items:
Construction of a precast concrete bridge and paved approaches, and other related items of work required to complete the project as shown and specified in the Construction Plans and Contract Documents.
The above general outline of features of the work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, equipment and materials required by the specifications and the drawings referred to therein.
