REZONING ORDINANCE 384
Ordinance 384, rezoning the hereinafter described property from R-1 Single-Family Residential purposes to B-2 Commercial District purposes, was adopted by the City of Louisville. Whereas the Board of Aldermen considered to rezone certain property; and Whereas, notice was duly and legally given to all property owners and citizens interested of a public hearing held to hear objections against said change, and objections being noted, the Zoning and Planning Board concurred with the petitioner that a change to B-2 purposes will be proper and beneficial, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE HONORABLE BOARD AND MAYOR OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, MISSISSIPPI TO WIT: That the following described property, having a street address of 15636 West Main Street, Louisville, Mississippi, which includes three separate parcel numbers: 151283302 0300600, 151283302 0300602 and 151283302 0300603, shall be zoned B-2 Business Highway Commercial. That for cause, this Ordinance shall be effective on and after this date. So ordered this the 17th day of September, 2019.
