Notice is hereby given to all parties in interest of and affected thereby of a public
hearing to be held by the Mayor and Board of Alderman of the City of Louisville,
Mississippi, relating to the following request.
Anna Ard Pitching, LLC petitions the Mayor and Board of Alderman for the
approval to operate a home based sports facility on the property located at 489
McCullough Road, within the city limits of Louisville, Winston County, Mississippi described as:
South Easement: Commencing at the Southeast corner of SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 26, Township 15 North, Range 12 East, Winston County, Mississippi; thence West 63. 06 feet to an iron pin located on the West right of way line of McCullough Road; said point also being the POINT OF BEGINNING of herein described South Easement; thence North 00 degrees 38 minutes 16 seconds East 30.00 feet along said West right of way line to an iron pin; thence West 588.07 feet to an iron pin; thence South 30.00 feet to an iron pin ; thence East 587.73 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; being 0.40 acres, more or less, and a part of the SW 14 of the NE 1/4 of Section 26, Township 15

The above described property is bordered on the East by DeeLuke Wright and Bennie
Hill, to the West by Shasta Nance, to the South by Randy Hodges, and to the North by
Michael Ard.
Petition would further show to the Mayor and Board of Alderman that it would be in the
best interest of the petitioner and the City of Louisville that the above described property be used for a home based sports facility under Uses Permitted on Appeal. Petitioner will
operate the home occupation on a “By Appointment Only” basis Monday - Sunday
and will not be open for regular business hours. Petitioner will maintain the property in accordance with all laws of the State of Mississippi and ordinances of the City of Louisville.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that the Mayor and Board of Alderman will set a
hearing at a time and place specified by law and that the appropriate notice be given
to all the parties in interest of and affected thereby so that they may show cause, if
any, why said property should not be used for a home occupation as a use permitted on appeal.
The hearing on this matter will be at 6:00 p.m, on the 16th day of September, 2019, in the City Hall of Louisville, Mississippi.

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on October 15, 2007, JACQUELINE A NORTON executed a certain deed of trust to J. Douglas Dalrymple, Trustee for the benefit of JTS & CO. which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Winston County, State of Mississippi in Book 621 at Page 13; and
WHEREAS, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association has heretofore substituted Shapiro & Brown, LLC as Trustee by instrument dated September 23, 2015 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk’s Office in Book 700 at Page 654; and
