WHEREAS, on March 25, 2008, Jeffery Anderson A/K/A Jeffery A. Anderson, an Unmarried Person, and Jason Vaughn, An Unmarried Person, executed a Deed of Trust to Tim Williams, Trustee for the benefit of 21st Mortgage Corporation, 620 Market Street One Centre Square, Knoxville, Tennessee 37902 as recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Winston County, Mississippi, in Book 625 at Page 205, reference to which is hereby made; and,
WHEREAS, said 21st Mortgage Corporation, under the power granted to it in said Deed of Trust, by instrument dated February 25, 2019, duly spread upon the record and recorded in Book 4 at Page 536, in the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid, did substitute the undersigned Marc K. McKay in the place and stead of the original Trustee and of any other Substituted Trustee;
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the Trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, Substituted Trustee’s fees and expenses of sale;

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Sewer System Improvements will be received by the City of Louisville and the Chairman and Board Members of the Louisville Utilities Commission, at the offices of Louisville Utilities Commission located at 871 South Columbus Avenue, Louisville, MS 39339, until May 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing Sewer System Improvements.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive and/or deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Calvert-Spradling Engineers, Inc.; 7085 Highway 45 North Alternate, P.O. Drawer 1078; West Point, MS 39773. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays during regular business hours, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Printed copies of the Official Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of $100 for each set. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Calvert-Spradling Engineers, Inc. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service.
