WHEREAS, on the 5th day of July, 2017, Charles Hardy an unmarried man, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Scott R. Hendrix, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Renasant Bank, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Winston County, Mississippi in Deed of Trust Book 719 at Page 669 and rerecorded in Deed of Trust Book 720 at Page 417; and
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of September, 2019, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Renasant Bank, assigned said Deed of Trust unto Renasant Bank, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed of Trust Book 740 at Page 300; and
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of November, 2019 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 4 at Page 642; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 15th day of January, 2020, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the north front door of the Winston County Courthouse at Louisville, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Winston County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Commencing at an iron pin located on the Northeast corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 18, Township 13 North, Range 11 East, Winston County, Mississippi; thence South 457.51 feet; thence West 189.01 feet to an iron pin located on the West right of way line of Plattsburg Road, said point also being POINT OF BEGINNING of herein described property; thence South 21 degrees 41 minutes 08 seconds East 32.30 feet along said West right of way line; thence South 19 degrees 05 minutes 08 seconds East 119.73 feet along said West right of way line; thence South 14 degrees 46 minutes 15 seconds East 31.16 feet along said West right of way line to an iron pin; thence South 89 degrees 16 minutes 48 seconds West 368.80 feet to an iron pin; thence North 18 degrees 47 minutes 54 seconds West 187.23 feet to an iron pin; thence North 89 degrees 53 minutes 35 seconds East 370.07 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; being 1.50 acres, more or less, and a part of the SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 18, Township 13 North, Range 11 East, Winston County, Mississippi.
I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.

The Office of Geology has received an Application for a Surface Mining Permit pursuant to
Sections 53-7-27 and 53-7-29 of the Mississippi Surface Mining and Reclamation Act of 1977,
as described below:
APPLICANT: Baker Ready Mix & Construction LLC, Baker Mine
11000 Highway 15 South
Louisville, Mississippi 39339
LOCATION: Southeast 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 of Section 19 and Southwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 of
Section 20, Township 15 North, Range 12 East, Winston County
DESCRIPTION: The operator proposes to open pit mine 24 acres to a total depth of 20 feet for
borrow material. Sediment and erosion will be controlled by diversion berms
and rock checks. Reclamation will consist of 3 to 1 slopes and grass cover.
This public notice is being distributed to interested persons and agencies to assist in developing
facts on which a decision by the Office of Geology can be based. You are requested to
communicate the information contained in this notice to any other parties whom you deem likely
to have interest in the matter. All agencies and persons shall have until January 2, 2019, to
submit comments, recommendations, or evaluations to the Office of Geology. Comments by an
agency shall include an enumeration of permits or licenses required under the agency's
jurisdiction.
If further information is needed, an agency may be furnished a copy of the notice of intent or
permit application. Any person may inspect the permit application on the MDEQ website at
http://opc.deq.state.ms.us/geology_public_notice.aspx or at the Office of Geology, 700 North
State Street, Jackson, MS 39202.
In the event comments are not received by January 2, 2019, the Office of Geology will consider
that the agency has no comments, recommendations and/or evaluations that the agency deems
necessary and proper based upon the effect of the proposed operation on matters within the
agency's jurisdiction.
