Hudson Place Development II, LP is applying to the
Mississippi Home Corporation for housing tax credits in its 2020 Application Cycle to finance the acquisition of 9.46 acres +/- and the construction of a proposed 24-unit single family detached housing development, Hudson Place II.
Hudson Place II will be the second phase of an existing single family subdivision, Hudson Place in Louisville, MS 39339. The new development will be constructed South of the intersection of Jernigan Avenue and Vance Street, and North and adjacent to Hudson Place Subdivision.
