TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS CLAIMING TO BE HEIRS AT LAW OF JAMES NORWOOD McWHIRTER deceased, whose identities and whose post office addresses are not known to the Plaintiff after diligent inquiry;
You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by Karen Pearson and Barry McWhirter, individually and as Co-Administrators of the Estate of James Norwood McWhirter, requesting this Court to adjudicate the heirs at law of James Norwood McWhirter, deceased. Defendants in this action other than you are none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on the 14th day of March, 2019, in the courtroom of the Winston County Courthouse at Louisville, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
