WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of Horace K. Worthy, deceased, were duly issued to the undersigned as Co-Executors of the estate by the Chancery Court of Webster County, Mississippi, on the 15th of February, 2019; therefore, legal notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate are required by law to have them filed, probated, and registered with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Webster County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days time from the publication of this notice, and failure to file, probate and register their claims with the Clerk within the time will forever bar the claims.

WHEREAS, on the 25th day of August, 2005, Crawford N. Pittman and wife Brenda S. Pittman as joint tenants, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Julie Brown, Trustee for Southeast Funding, Inc., Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Webster County, Mississippi in Book 221 at Page 59; and
WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to LPP Mortgage LTD by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed of Trust Book 246 at Page 158; and
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of February, 2019 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in DT Book 2019 at Page 81; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 10th day of April, 2019, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the North Door of the Temporary Courthouse at 16 East Fox Ave at Eupora, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Webster County, Mississippi, to-wit:
A parcel of land situated in the W ½ of the E ½ of the NW ¼ of Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 9 East, Webster County, Mississippi described as:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the W ½ of the E ½ of the NW ¼ of said Section 19; thence North along the existing fence line 1150.00 feet to the point of beginning for this parcel; thence North along said fence 425.02 feet to a point in the South right of way of a County Road; thence South 45 degrees, 15 minutes West 219.70 feet along the South right of way of said Road; thence South 44 degrees, 38 minutes East 57.00 feet; thence South 227.30 feet to an existing fence line; thence South 88 degrees, 46 minutes East 116.03 feet along said fence to the point of beginning, containing 1.01 acre, more or less.

WHEREAS, a change is desired in the zoning classification on previously zoned R-2, Medium Density Residential District property located at Adams Avenue, South Dunn Street, Gould Street, and Figgatt Avenue, inside the City of Eupora, County of Webster, State of MS.
WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties shall be re-zoned as R-1, Low Density Residential District for Residential purposes.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Eupora, will conduct a hearing to determine whether or not the request should be made.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given to all qualified financial institutions that the School Board of the
Webster County School District, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 37‐7‐333, 27‐
105‐305 and 27‐105‐315 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended, shall receive bids
for the privilege of keeping the School District funds from July 1, 2019 through June 30,
2021.
Sealed bids shall be received at the Office of the Superintendent, 95 Clark Avenue,
Eupora, MS, 39744 until 4:00 pm (CST) on Friday, April 12, 2019 and each shall be
submitted on the bid proposal form which may be obtained from the Office of the
Superintendent.
In order to be considered, the sealed bid must have “Depository Bid April 2019” written
or typed on its face.
The School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any
irregularities in the bids.
