and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, AND INTEREST IN AND TO THE ESTATE OF BILLY AARON CRIMM
You have been named by Heather Roena Crimm Barnett, Administratrix of the Estate Billy Aaron Crimm, who is seeking the judicial determination of the heirs at law of Billy Aaron Crimm, deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against Administratrix’s Petition for Determination of Heirs at 9:00 a.m. on the 19th day of February, 2020, in the Courtroom of the Webster County Courthouse located in Walthall, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the motion and you will be forever barred.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Letters of Administration have been granted and issued to Heather Roena Crimm Barnett, Administratrix of the Estate of Billy Aaron Crimm, deceased, by the Chancery Court of Webster County, Mississippi, on the 19 day of December, 2019. This is to give notice to all persons having claims against said estate to Probate and Register same with the Chancery Clerk of Webster County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from this date. A failure to so Probate and Register said claim will forever bar the same.
