NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Whereas, on May 18, 2011, MICHAELW. SWINDLE, executed a Deed of Trust to Kevin Null as Trustee for the use and benefit of LINK NASON and TONYA NASON, beneficiary, which said Deed of Trust is of record in Deed of Trust Book 191 at Pages 127 in the office of the Chancery Clerk in and for Webster County, Mississippi, and
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of such sums secured by Deed of Trust and the said LINK NASON and TONYA NASON, being the holder of such indebtedness and the Deed of Trust, has made demand on said debtor for the payment of such sums secured by said Deed of Trust, and default has been made in the payment of such sums secured by said Deed of Trust whereupon the undersigned Trustee has been requested and ordered by said UNK NASON and TONYA NASON, to proceed in the manner provided therein and to foreclose the said Deed of Trust.

Thence run West a distance of 632.6 feet; thence run South t degree 01 minute West a distance of 522.0feet to the North right-of-way of Fire House Road; thence run North 76 degrees 30 minutes East along the North right-of-way of Fire House Road a distance of 543.0 feet; thence run South 78 degrees 05 minutes East along the North right-of-way of Fire House Road a distance of 78.0 feet; thence run South 44 degrees 10 minutes East along the North right-of-way of Fire House Road a distance of 54.0 feet; thence run North a distance of 450.0feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Being 6.5 acres. located in the West Half (W 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 34, Township 21 North, Range 11 East of Webster County, Mississippi.
A 30 FOOT EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS: Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 34, Township 21 North, Range 11 East of Webster County, Mississippi, and run South a distance of 2,532.7 feet to the centerline of a 30.0 foot easement and the POINT OF BEGINNING. Thence 15.0 feet on either side of the following described lines: Thence run South 79 degrees 37 minutes West a distance of 84.0 feet to the North right-of-way of Fire House Road.
I, the undersigned Trustee, will convey only such title as is vested in me as Trustee, and such title as I am authorized to convey by virtue of the above described Deed of Trust and the appointment of Trustee.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Eupora, Mississippi will accept sealed proposals from qualified firms and individuals interested in providing engineering services for a proposed infrastructure improvements project in the Eupora-West Industrial Park. The work will be constructed with funding through programs from the Mississippi Development Authority and the State of Mississippi.
Engineering Services required include, but are not limited to the following: The selected engineer will be responsible for the preparation of project cost estimates and engineering reports for application preparation and if awarded, the selected engineer will provide all engineering services through closeout in accordance with federal, state and local laws, regulations and policies. Post application engineering responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: (1) prepare plans and specifications, (2) distribute bid documents, (3) assist in bid opening and prepare bid tabulations, (4) assist in the execution of construction contracts, (5) hold preconstruction conference, and (6) perform construction inspection including periodic reports to the City and approve all payment requests.
Subject to grant awards and the removal of all environmental conditions, the award of the aforementioned contract will be made to the responsible party whose proposal has the highest number of cumulative points and is most advantageous to the City of Eupora. Proposals will be rated according to the following criteria: (1) Previous experience with Federal Grant Programs; (2) Knowledge of Federal and State laws concerning bid procedures and contracts; (3) General experience and technical expertise in the profession; and (4) Previous experience in performing the required services in a timely manner, with equal value assigned to each category. Cost is not a factor in the selection process and should not be a part of the proposal. Cost will be negotiated with the firm or individual receiving the highest rating according to the stated criteria. The City of Eupora will designate a selection committee to evaluate the proposals, with final decisions being made within a period not to exceed thirty (30) days.
Interested parties are invited to submit sealed proposals until 2:00 PM, January 18, 2019, to the City of Eupora, Office of the City Clerk, 390 Clark Avenue, Eupora, Mississippi, 39744. All proposals will be opened and read at the next scheduled meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. All proposals should be marked clearly as being a “Proposal for Engineering Services”. The City of Eupora does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age or national origin and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received by the Webster County School District up to and no later than 2:00 p.m. January 24, 2019, in the office of the Superintendent, 95 Clark Avenue, Eupora, Mississippi, for the procurement of Category 1 and Category 2 products and services via Erate funding. A copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) can be obtained by emailing Millie Rodabough at
millie.regroup@gmail.com. If a response is not received within 24 hours, it is the responsibility of the respondent to call Tillman or Millie Rodabough at 769-233-4515 or 662-630-0118 to confirm receipt of the RFP request.
All interested bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on January 8, 2019 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the office of the Superintendent, 95 Clark Avenue, Eupora, Mississippi. Bidders not attending the pre-bid conference will not be considered.
Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. January 24, 2019 in the office of the Superintendent, 95 Clark Avenue, Eupora, Mississippi. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as follows:

WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of August, 2003, Willie Moore, a single man and Ulie Moore, a single woman, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Collins Law Office, Trustee for New Century Mortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Webster County, Mississippi in Book 208 at Page 76; and
WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for the New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2003-B, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-B by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed of Trust Book 257 at Page 27; and
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of September, 2018 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in DT Book 2018 at Page 487; and

A parcel of land described as starting on the East line of Lot 7 in Block 3 of the Webster Addition to the Town of Maben, Mississippi, as shown by the Hartley-Hemphill Map of said Town, said man filed for record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Webster County, Mississippi, on the ninth day of December, 1949; at a point where said East line of Block 7 intersects the right of way of Mississippi Highway 15 on the South side of said highway, running thence Southwest along the Right-of-way of said Highway a distance of 192 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence running Southeast 173 feet, more or less, to a point on the Right of Way of the Columbus and Greenville Railway, said point being 100 feet from the East line of said lot 7, thence Southwest along the Right of Way of said railroad a distance of 275 feet, thence Northwest approximately 162 feet to the Right of way of Mississippi Highway No. 15 at a point 208 feet from the Point of Beginning, thence Northeast 208 feet along the South Right of way of said Highway to the point of beginning, being a part of Lot 7, in Block 3 of the Webster Addition to the Town of Maben, in Webster County, Mississippi, less one-half minerals previously reserved.
