SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on July 1, 2015, David Griffin executed a certain Land Deed of Trust to William Lee Sanders, Jr., which appears of record in Book 707, at Pate 514 of the trust deed records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Winston County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, said deed of trust authorized the appointment and substitution of another trustee in the place of the trustee named in said deed of trust, and pursuant to said deed of trust, substituted David T. Wilson, Jr., as trustee in the place of David L. Each vehicle bid should be submitted in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked as “Bid for Vehicle No. ___.” All bids will be opened at the regularly scheduled Utility Board meeting at 8:00 a.m. Monday, November 13, 2018.
