WHEREAS, on September 5, 2017, Paul Smith and Mary Smith executed a Deed of Trust to Charles J. Pignuolo as Trustee for the benefit of BancorpSouth Bank, which Deed of Trust was recorded as/in Book 721, Page 342 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Winston County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, BancorpSouth Bank, the holder of said Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby, substituted Scot P.
