WHEREAS, on the 30th day of March, 2006, Dwight Robinson, Married & Tersia Robinson, Married, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto W. Stewart Robison, Trustee for Jim Walter Homes, Inc., Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Choctaw County, Mississippi in Land Mortgage Book 171 at Page 759; and
WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to The Bank of New York Mellon, as Indenture Trustee, for Mid-State Capital Corporation 2006-1 Trust by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Land Mortgage Book 226 at Page 19; and
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of October, 2020 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Land Deed Book 230 at Page 601; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 13th day of January, 2021, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the front door of Choctaw County Courthouse-facing North at Ackerman, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Choctaw County, Mississippi, to-wit:
A Tract of Land being located in the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4)of Section 14, Township 18 North, Range 10 East, Choctaw County, Mississippi and more particularly described as follow:
Commencing at an iron pin marking the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 14: run thence South 01 degree 21 minutes East along a painted line and the East line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) a distance of 960 feet to an iron pin and the Point of Beginning of the herein described tract; run thence South 01 degree 21 minutes East along said East line of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) a distance of 330.0 feet to a point; run thence North 89 degrees 44 minutes West a distance of 330.0 feet to a point; run thence North 01 degree 21 minutes West a distance of 330.0 feet to a point; run thence South 89 degrees 44 minutes East a distance of 330.0 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 2.5 acres, more or less.
LESS AND EXCEPT that part of the existing Right-of-Way of McMullen Road (40 foot Right-of-Way) Which runs in a Southwesterly direction from the Northeast Corner of Subject property. Subject property has a net acreage of 2.2 acres, more or less.
I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.

Sealed bids for the sale of the above vehicles will be taken until February 3, 2021 at 10:00AM. All bids must be received in the Superintendent’s Office at 19 E. Main St., PO Box 398, Ackerman, MS on or before Wednesday February 3, 2021 at 10:00AM. Bids will be opened and read at that time. Award of bid will be announced once all bids are opened and reviewed. The Choctaw County School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
All bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly labeled “Surplus Vehicle Bids” to the Choctaw County Department of Education, PO Box 398 (USPS), or 19 E. Main St. (hand deliver or parcel service), Ackerman, MS 39735 by 10:00AM on February 3, 2021. All proposals received after the 10:00AM deadline will be marked as such and will not be considered.

Choctaw County School District is requesting sealed bids for herbicide and pesticide application to school grounds at 9 locations in the school district. All bids must be received in the Superintendent’s Office at 19 E. Main St., PO Box 398, Ackerman, MS on or before Thursday January 7, 2021 at 1:30PM. Bids will be opened and read at that time. Award of bid will be announced on Monday January 11, 2021 at 10:30A.M. at the same location. INDUSTRIAL BUILDING ROOF REPLACEMENT
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Industrial Building Roof Replacement will be received by the President and Board of Supervisors of the Choctaw County Board of Supervisors, at the offices of Choctaw County Board of Supervisors located at 22 East Quinn Street, P.O. Box 250, Ackerman, MS 39735, until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 22, 2021. The Bids received will be publicly opened and read on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. The Project consists of constructing Industrial Building Roof Replacement.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and/or unit price basis, with additive and/or deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Calvert-Spradling Engineers, Inc.; 7085 Highway 45 North Alternate, P.O. Drawer 1078; West Point, MS 39773. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays during regular business hours, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Minority and women’s business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, materials and/or supply needs. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 for each set. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Calvert-Spradling Engineers, Inc. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on January 15, 2021 at the Project Site. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
