Sealed bids will be received by the Choctaw County School District, Ackerman, Mississippi up to and not later than 10:00 A. M. on December 9th , 2019, for the right to purchase all timber marked or designated for that purpose in Section 16, Township 17N, Range 11E in Choctaw County, Mississippi.
Before bids are submitted, full information concerning the material for sale, conditions of sale, and submission of bids should be obtained from the Area Forester, Mississippi Forestry Commission, Starkville, Mississippi (662-891-3520).
The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on July 25, 2014, Christy Lynn Haynes, a single person executed a certain deed of trust to T. Harris Collier, III, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Trustmark National Bank, its successors and assigns which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Choctaw County, State of Mississippi in Book 202 at Page 290; and
WHEREAS, J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp. has heretofore substituted Shapiro & Brown, LLC as Trustee by instrument dated November 6, 2019 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk’s Office; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp., the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, trustee’s fees and expense of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Shapiro & Brown, LLC, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on December 11, 2019 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the North Door of the County Courthouse of Choctaw County, located at 22 Quinn Street, Ackerman, MS 39735, to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds the following described property situated in Choctaw County, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
Beginning at that point where the Northern right-of-way boundary of the Thompson Paved Public Road intersects the Eastern boundary of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 31, Township 17 North, Range 11 East, go thence Westerly along the said Northern right-of-way boundary of said public road for a distance of 157 1/2 feet, and there corner; thence go North for a distance of 262 1/2 feet, and there corner; thence go Easterly parallel with the said Northern right-of-way boundary of said Thompson Paved Public Road for a distance of 157 1/2 feet to the said Eastern boundary of said forty acre tract, and there corner; thence return South along this said Eastern boundary of said forty acre tract of land for a distance of 262 1/2 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the description of the parcel of land herein conveyed, which said parcel of land contains 15/16 acres, more or less, and is located on the Eastern side of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 31, Township 17 North, Range 11 East, Choctaw County, Mississippi.
I WILL CONVEY only such title as vested in me as Substituted Trustee.

E-RATE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received by the Choctaw County School District up to and no later than 1:00 p.m. December 19, 2019, in the office of the Superintendent, 19 East Main Street, Ackerman, MS 39735 for the procurement of Category 1 products and services via E-Rate funding. A copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) can be obtained by emailing Millie Rodabough at millie.regroup@gmail.com. If a response is not received within 24 hours, it is the responsibility of the respondent to call Millie Rodabough at 662-630-0118 to confirm receipt of the RFP request.
All interested bidders must attend a mandatory vendor meeting on December 10th, 2019 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the office of the Superintendent, 19 East Main Street, Ackerman, MS 39735. Bidders not attending the mandatory vendor meeting will not be considered.
Bids will be opened at 1:00 p.m. December 19th, 2019 in the office of the Superintendent, 19 East Main Street, Ackerman, MS 39735. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as follows:
“2020 E-Rate Bid”
Bid Opening: December 19th, 2019 1:00 p.m.
Envelopes not so marked will not be considered.
The Choctaw County School District has the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
