Licensed dealers sale notice
The Ackerman Police Department will be taking closed bids from licensed dealers only on 10 weapons that were seized by the department over the years. The department will begin taking bids on Monday, July 22 at 07:30 a.m. and close on Friday, July 26 at 11:30 a.m. The firearms will go to the highest bidder. Sealed bids will need to be dropped off or mailed to Ackerman Town Hall between these dates and times or will not be considered. To view the weapons, contact the Ackerman Police Department and ask to speak with the Chief of Police to make arrangements for viewing.

Whereas, on November 2, 2009, Junior Bell and Beverly Bell, executed a Deed of Trust to L. Scott Pickle as Trustee for the use and benefit of Jason Clement and Mike Parish, beneficiary, which said Deed of Trust is of record in Deed of Trust Book 186 at Page 312 in the office of the Chancery Clerk in and for Choctaw County, Mississippi, and
WHEREAS, by instrument dated July 2, 2019, Kevin Null was substituted in the place and stead of L. Scott Pickle as Trustee by instrument executed by Mike Parish and Jason Clement, said instrument being recorded in Land Deed Book 224 at page 511-512, and
