NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL QUALIFIED FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS THAT THE SCHOOL BOARD OF THE CHOCTAW COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT. PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 37-7-333, 27-105-305, AND 27-105-315 OF THE MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972 AS AMENDED. SHALL RECEIVE SEALED BIDS FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF KEEPING THE SCHOOL DISTRICT FUNDS FROM JULY 1, 2019 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2020 AND THEREAFTER UNTIL NEW ARRANGEMENTS SHALL BE MADE ACCORDING TO LAW.
SAID BIDS SHALL BE RECEIVED AT THE OFFICE OF THE SUPERINTENDENT 19 EAST MAIN STREET, PO BOX 398, ACKERMAN, MISSISSIPPI, UNTIL 10:00 A.M. ON JUNE 7, 2019, AND EACH SHALL BE SUBMITTED ON THE BID PROPOSAL FORM WHICH MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE OFFICE OF THE SUPERINTENDENT.
THE SCHOOL BOARD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS AND TO WAIVE ANY IRREGULARITIES IN THE BIDS. IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED EACH SEALED BID SHALL HAVE “DEPOSITORY BID: 7 JUNE 2019” WRITTEN OR TYPED ON ITS FACE.

At this time the bids will be opened and interested parties are welcome. Bids will be received on the following items:

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on May 11, 2017, Toby Jones, Shirley Anne Jones, husband and wife, tenants by the entirety with rights of survivorship executed a certain deed of trust to Netco, Inc., Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Village Capital & Investment, LLC, it's successors and assigns which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Choctaw County, State of Mississippi in Book 212 at Page 522; and
WHEREAS, Village Capital & Investment, LLC has heretofore substituted Shapiro & Brown, LLC as Trustee by instrument dated May 1, 2019 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Book 224 at Page 125; and

WHEREAS, on August 17, 2018, Kevin Holland and Kimberly Holland executed a Deed of Trust to Kevin Null, Trustee, for the benefit of Wilbur Maness, which said Deed of Trust is filed for record in Land Mortgage Book 217 at page 601, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Choctaw County, Mississippi; and
