Letters of Testamentary having been granted on the 19th day of November 2018, by the
Chancery Court of Choctaw County, Mississippi, to the undersigned Administration of the ESTATE OF PAULINE SMITH, DECEASED, notice is hereby given to all persons having claim against said estate to present the same to the Clerk of this Court for probate and registration according to law, within ninety (90) days from the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.

NOTICE OF SALE
Whereas, the following tenants entered into leases with Black’s Mini Storage for storage space in which to store property, and whereas, default has been made in payment of the rent, and Black’s Mini Storage pursuant to said lease is authorized to sell the property to satisfy the past due rent and any other charges owed to it by the following tenants.

Unit #40-41 – Concordia Cork
Unit #85-86 - Amaury Cruz
Unit # 65-66 – Nicole Turner
Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that Black’s Mini Storage will offer for a sale and will sell at auction, to the highest and best bidder for cash, all personal property in storage units leased by the above tenants at Black’s Mini Storage, 33 W Church St., Ackerman, MS at 9:00 A.M. on the 5th day of April, 2019. Title to the personal property to be sold is believed to be good but at such sale, Black’s Storage will convey only such title as is vested in it pursuant to its lease under Section 85-7-21 ET. SEG. (SUPP 1988). Black’s Storage reserves the right to bid above personal property and to reject any and all bids.
