You have been made a respondent in the Plaintiff’s complaint to determine heirship and close estate. Respondents other than you are: none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint or petition at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on the 19th day of February, 2020 in the courtroom of the Winston County Courthouse Court in Louisville, Mississippi and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgement will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.

Sealed bids will be received by the Choctaw County School District, Ackerman, Mississippi up to and not later than 10:00 A. M. on February 10th , 2020, for the right to purchase all timber marked or designated for that purpose in Section 16, Township 17N, Range 11E in Choctaw County, Mississippi.
Before bids are submitted, full information concerning the material for sale, conditions of sale, and submission of bids should be obtained from the Area Forester, Mississippi Forestry Commission, Starkville, Mississippi (662-891-3520).

Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 14th day of January 2020, by the Chancery Court of Choctaw County, Mississippi, to the undersigned upon the Estate of William Arno Guk, deceased, in cause number 20-01 of said Court, notice is hereby given to all persons having a claim against said Estate to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within 90 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice or they will be forever barred.
