Any unknown heirs at law of Garrett Thompson, deceased, who are adult non residents of the State of Mississippi or not to be found therein after diligent search and inquiry, and whose street and post office address are unknown to plaintiff after diligent search and inquiry in an effort to ascertain the same.
5. Any other parties, firms, or corporations claiming any right, title and interest in and to to the property hereinafter described, who are adult non residents of the State of Mississippi or not to be found therein after diligent search and inquiry, and whose street and post office address are unknown to plaintiff after diligent search and inquiry in an effort to ascertain the same.
You and each of you have been made a defendant in the Plaintiff's "Complaint TO CONFIRM TITLE”. Defendants other than you are none.
You and each of you are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the complaint filed against you in this action to Kevin Null, Attorney for Plaintiffs, whose

Sealed bids will be received by the Choctaw County School District, Ackerman, Mississippi up to and not later than 10:00 A. M. on February 10th , 2020, for the right to purchase all timber marked or designated for that purpose in Section 16, Township 17N, Range 11E in Choctaw County, Mississippi.
Before bids are submitted, full information concerning the material for sale, conditions of sale, and submission of bids should be obtained from the Area Forester, Mississippi Forestry Commission, Starkville, Mississippi (662-891-3520).
