and inquiry, and whose street and post office address are unknown to Petition
despite diligent search and inquiry
NOTICE TO DEFENDANT
You have been made a respondent in the Plaintiff’s complaint to determine heirship and close estate. Respondents other than you are: none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint or petition at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 19th day of February, 2020 in the courtroom of the Winston County Courthouse Court in Louisville, Mississippi and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgement will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.

Public Hearing Notice
The Town of Ackerman is applying to the United States Department of Agriculture/Rural
Development for Community Facilities Grant to purchase a dump truck. More specific
details regarding this project application will be provided at a public hearing that will be
held at the Ackerman Town Hall on January 29, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Anyone interested in
the project is welcome to attend.

ON COUNTY SCHOOL LANDS
Sealed bids will be received by the Choctaw County School District, Ackerman, Mississippi up to and not later than 10:00 A. M. on February 10th , 2020, for the right to purchase all timber marked or designated for that purpose in Section 16, Township 17N, Range 11E in Choctaw County, Mississippi.
Before bids are submitted, full information concerning the material for sale, conditions of sale, and submission of bids should be obtained from the Area Forester, Mississippi Forestry Commission, Starkville, Mississippi (662-891-3520).
The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
