PUBLIC NOTICE
TO THE PUBLIC AND TAXPAYERS OF WEBSTER COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI:
Notice is hereby given that the real and personal property assessment rolls for Webster County for the year 2025 have been equalized in accordance with the law. These rolls are now available for inspection and examination. Any objections to the assessments contained therein must be made in writing and filed with the clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Webster County on or before August 4, 2025, at his office in the Courthouse of said county.
All assessments to which no objection is filed by the aforementioned date will be finally approved by the Board of Supervisors.
The Board will convene on August 4, 2025, at the Courthouse in the Village of Walthall, Webster County, Mississippi, for the purpose of hearing objections to the assessments. The Board will continue its sessions from day to day until all lawfully filed objections have been addressed and all necessary corrections made to the assessment rolls.
