The Weir Fire Department will be having a Political Rally Saturday, June 17,2023. This will be a fundraiser for the Fire Department, the food will be served at the fire station & the speeches will be held at the walking track, contingent upon the weather and the dryness of the ground at the walking track.
We will have BBQ sandwiches for $5, Chips $1, and drinks $1, for sale beginning at 11 a.m. with speeches beginning at noon.
If it cannot be held at the Walking Tracking for one of those reasons, it will be held inside the Fire Station. Everyone is welcome & we would love to see all candidates at this event, even if Weir isn’t your district!
Each candidate can set up a booth/ table and will be given time to speak if they’d like, then take questions. We are excited to host this event and even more excited for our community to meet and get to interact with the men and women of the Weir Fire Department and Weir Police Department!
So, bring a chair and come stay awhile, see y’all then!
