Who have bewitched you?
Greetings to the body of Christ.
When I say ‘body of Christ,’ I don’t mean church buildings or denominations. I’m talking about born-again people who have forsaken their old ways, their wicked ways, and have become a new person in Christ. Born again and set free fro the bondage of sins.
But, God has been dealing with me about what Paul said in Galatians. In Galatians 3:1-3, we read, “O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
“This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
“Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?”
So many have reached a place in their lives that they feel they no longer need church and they are working out their own salvation, but he didn’t tell us to drop out of church. If we can’t fellowship down here, we sure won’t fellowship up there (heaven).
There’s an old saying, “Seven days without church make one weak.” The longer we stay out of church the more we allow things back into our life that we had laid down for the Lord. If we sow to the flesh, we will reap corruption.
Romans 8:8 says, “So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.”
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the church.
