Services were held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at University Baptist Church for Sarah Alice Doss Fowler, 97, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She died the evening of February 26, 2026.
Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Grady Doss and Sarah Pryor Doss of Eupora; her husband, T. Lewis Fowler, Jr., of Hattiesburg; and her granddaughter, Lillian Graham Carson of Marks.
She is survived by two sons, Thad Fowler of Hattiesburg and Doss Fowler (Theresa) of Destin, FL; one daughter, Sally Fowler Carson (Bobby) of Marks; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Hulett-Winstead Funeral Home in Hattiesburg, MS was in charge of arrangements.
