Dale Patrick Thompson age 64, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Diversicare in Eupora, Mississippi. Dale was born on December 29, 1960, in Brunswick, Georgia to the late Robert David Thompson and Mary Elizabeth Yarborough Thompson.
He was a jack of all trades in his earlier years doing carpentry, electrical and truck driving. Dale was a member of First Baptist Church in Eupora, Mississippi and also was a member of the Common Ground Sunday School Class there at the church.
Mr. Thompson is survived by his daughter, Maegan (Blake) Johnson of Mantee, Mississippi; five grandchildren, Garrett, Harley, Gunner, Harper and Russell and two brothers, Michael (Susie) Thompson of Tupelo, Mississippi and Robert Duane (Kathie) Thompson of the Charleston, South Carolina area.
He is preceded in death by both of his parents, Robert David Thompson and Mary Elizabeth Yarborough Thompson and one brother, Richard C. Thompson.
Memorial Services were held at 1:00PM on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at First Baptist Church in Eupora, Mississippi.
Friends gathered for a time of visitation from Noon until time for services at 1:00PM on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at First Baptist Church. Dale's cremains will be interred at a later date in the family plot at North Union Cemetery in Bellefontaine, Mississippi. Rev. Travis Gray officiated the services.
