Mrs. Ruth Johnson Fulton, 94, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at Willow Cottage at the Winston County Nursing Home. A graveside service and interment were held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, December 18th, at Rocky Hill Methodist Cemetery, with Rev. Tom Potter officiating.
