Private family graveside services for Colbi Raynee Bridges of Ackerman, infant daughter of Morgan and Colby Bridges, will be held at 11 a.m. May 19, 2022, at Enon Cemetery in Ackerman with the Rev. Brad Herod officiating.
Little Colbi Raynee died May 14, 2022, at University Medical Center in Jackson.
Survivors include her mother and father, Morgan (Bowman) and Colby Bridges of Ackerman; three brothers, Seth, Luke and Gage Bridges of Ackerman; her maternal grandmother, Tammy Bowman of Ackerman; her maternal grandfather, Tommy Bowman of Ackerman; her paternal grandparents, Benji and Cindy Bridges of McCool and Karen and Wayne Beckwith of Kilmichael; her maternal great-grandparents, Jack and Etoyle Bowman of Ackerman; and numerous aunts and uncles.
Memorials may be made to the March of Dimes Foundation.

Michael ‘Mike’ Wayne Shelby

Services for Michael "Mike" Wayne Shelby, 65, of Hattiesburg were May 13, 2022, at the Hattiesburg Chapel of Moore Funeral Home. Burial was in Mobile (Ala.) Memorial Gardens.
He was born May 27, 1956, to JoAn and the late and Wayne Shelby. Mr. Shelby was a 1974 alumnus of Eupora High School and received a bachelor’s in accounting from Mississippi State University in 1984. A resident of Hattiesburg, he worked for the Alabama Department of Revenue as a foreign audit specialist after retiring from the Mississippi Department of Revenue in 2014. He died of esophageal cancer on May 10, 2022.
Survivors include his wife, Shelley Faye Shelby; two sons, Michael Jerrod Shelby of Virginia Beach, Va., and Nathan Shelby of Pope; a daughter, Kathryn Meaux of Lafayette, La.; his mother, JoAn Batchelor Shelby of Eupora/Forest; two sisters, Deborah Dees of Ridgeland and Laurie Elkins of Forest; and eight grandchildren.
Shirley Ann Moore
Funeral services for Shirley Ann Moore, 77, were held at 11 a.m., May 11 at Beck Funeral Home. Rev. Dexter Ball officiated. Burial followed in the St. James Presbyterian cemetery.
Mrs. Moore died May 4 at the Neshoba County Hospital in Philadelphia.
Survivors include her husband, Howard Moore; step daughter, Cathy Triplett Stephens; 3 sons, Morris Moore, Calvin Moore, and Kerby Moore; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Beck Funeral Home of Louisville was in charge of the arrangements.
Norbin McCollum, Jr.
Funeral services for Norbin McCollum, Jr., 78, were held at 3 p.m., May 11 at Longview Baptist Church in Starkville. Bro. Ron Linkins officiated. Burial followed in the Popular Flat cemetery in Louisville.
Norbin died at home on May 9.
Survivors include his wife, Alva McCollum; one son, Michael Todd McCollum; one sister Ann Mai; 3 step sons, Johnny Walker, James Walker, and Matthew Walker; one step daughter, Sheirley Fulton; and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Beck Funeral Home of Weir was in charge of the arrangements.
