Downtown Noxapater is the place to be on August 22! The Noxapater Community Chamber Alliance, along with the Tiger Club of NHS, will host the annual Tiger Tailgate at 6:00 PM.
Each year, this event is planned to introduce to the town the football players, the cheerleaders and those on the volleyball team to the community. The event takes place across from the alley on Main Street, behind AJ’s.
Both the Tiger Club and the PTA will be on hand to provide information to interested attendees regarding club memberships. In addition, there will be information about purchasing passes for sports. These passes are for all home games (with the exception of playoff games) and can be purchased for use in multiple sports. Those who purchase multiple passes will get discounted rates for each additional pass.
Food is provided by the Tiger Club for the event.
Noxapater will kick off its varsity football season on August 30 against the Tigers of Southeast Lauderdale.
NHS’ Volleyball team kicked off its season versus Winona on August 5; the varsity, JV, and junior high teams each played at Noxapater.
The public is invited to come out and greet the 2024-2025 Tiger teams at the Tiger Tailgate!
