On a cool, sunny spring day, March 21, children came to Webster County Library to hear Ms. Pat read “My Easter Basket and the True Story of Easter” by Mary Manz Simon.
As usual everyone enjoyed playing with puzzles and blocks as they arrived. The children sang several songs, “Wheels On The Bus,” “ 5 Little Monkeys” and “Lord’s Army,” before the story.
After the story everyone, including the parents and grandparents, had fun using Q-Tips and fingers to paint an Easter Bunny scene. Storytime is each Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
