Hal Nowell, Director of Sales for Taylor Machine Works, Inc. recently announced Steve Spears as Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest/Intermountain region. “I welcome Steve as a member of the “Big Red” team in this new capacity. Steve is no stranger to Taylor and has sold Taylor products with an Authorized Taylor Dealer for many years,” remarked Hal Nowell.
Spears is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He worked with a Taylor Authorized Dealer for the past 25 years prior to joining the “Big Red” sales team. He held a variety of roles, each making him very successful as Manager of a dealership. These positions included rental management, direct sales, operations management, sales management as well as Taylor Product Manager for the last seven years.
Spears along with his wife and children reside in Louisville, Kentucky where he is actively involved in school and sports related activities.
