Shop with a Cop's main mission is give disadvantaged kids a brighter Christmas and to build a good rapport with law enforcement. The Winston County Shop with a Cop include the Louisville Fire Department in addition to the Louisville Police Department.
The officers and firefighters with the help of the Wal-Mart Team helped children in need shop for Christmas.
The departments works with Social Services and other groups to target children in need.
The children were split up evenly to go shopping with law enforcement officers and firefighters. The shopping excursion took place Saturday, December 21 at Walmart,
Shop with a Cop event wouldn’t be possible without the sponsors and help from the community.
