The Eupora Rotary Club recognized senior Lexy Lucas as Rotary Student of the Month from East Webster High School at its Dec. 3 luncheon.
Webster County Career and Technology Center instructor Dionne Wolf was unable to attend to introduce her. Kelly Powell, WCCTC school counselor, did so in Wolf’s absence.
At the Career and Technology Center, Lexy has been involved in HOSA and DECA (president). At EWHS, she is a member of the Beta, Interact and Library clubs.
Lexy plans to attend Itawamba Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi’s social work program.
