ANOTHER TRAGIC DEATH: Mr. Henry P. Mills, a prominent young farmer who lived near Kenago, met a tragic death last Tuesday morning while engaged in cutting some timber with Mr. Geo. Hodges and another party. It seems that Mr. Mills had cut a tree and in falling it, knocked a limb off another tree which struck him on the head, crushing his skull. Dr. T. M. Holloway was hurriedly summoned and gave medical attention, after which Mr. Mills was carried to Chester, placed in Mr. J. E. Holden’s truck and carried to Ackerman enroute to West Point to the hospital. After arriving here, Mr. Mills began to sink and about 5:30 he was relieved of his sufferings and his soul passed into the great beyond. He was a man of strictest integrity and belonged to one of the oldest and most prominent families in this section. Besides a wife and two children, he leaves a large circle of relatives and friends to mourn his tragic taking away.
