Choctaw County 4-H would like to thank all of our volunteers for their service to the youth of Choctaw County. Volunteers work in partnership with MSU Extension, youth and adults in the county. They lead 4-H clubs, help plan and conduct activities and events, fundraise, chaperone trips, promote 4-H to recruit new members and volunteers. All volunteers have passed a background screening and are certified through MSU. Shooting Sports instructors have completed additional training in the discipline they teach. To find out more about the 4-H program for youth 5-18 years of age or to become a volunteer contact Juli Hughes, County Coordinator/Extension Agent III, at the MSU Extension – Choctaw County office in the Courthouse Annex or call 285-6337.
