At their regularly scheduled meeting, on Tuesday, April 17, the Louisville Board of Aldermen dealt with a limited agenda, including accepting the retirement letter of 9-1-1 Coordinator, Vera McCarty.
After hearing that the Zoning Board had voted unanimously to deny the request from Benjamin Tucker and Nikki Tucker to operate home-based firearms sales at 70 Fant Road, the Aldermen unanimously concurred.
The Board voted unanimously to accept the low quote of $28.5K from Schafer Systems International for garbage cans, to be paid for from the Solid Waste budget.

? Dealt with the following unclean property:
? Voted unanimously to set a hearing for May 15, for property owned by Clydesdale Farms at 118 Foster St. Code Enforcement Officer Jody Fulton informed the Board that this is a dilapidated building and would need to be demolished.
? Took no action on property owned by Dachelle Murphy at 575 Metts St., as the property has been cleaned and is in compliance.
? Voted unanimously to adopt a resolution adjudicating the cost of cleanup, in the amount of $683.16, on property located at 151 East Hemlock St, owned by Charles Fairley.
