Good News Club, a ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship, will be hosting their 1st annual golf tournament fundraiser on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the Louisville Country Club.
This 18 - hole, four- person scramble tournament will be a fun filled event for golfers of all levels of experience and expertise. Registration begins at 9:00 am with a 9:30 am tee time.
The cost for playing is $50 per player and hole sponsorships are available for $100 with sign recognition at each sponsored hole. A delicious meal in the clubhouse will be provided for all participating players. On course prizes and door prizes will also be available to the participants. This event will be an awesome day of fun and fellowship while supporting the after school Good News Clubs of Winston County and the surrounding areas.
The 2017-2018 school year was a tremendous year of spiritual growth for 165 children who were reached on a weekly basis by Good News Club volunteers. This fun, evangelistic Bible club for boys and girls in grades 1st-6th meets one hour a week in public and private schools within the Winston County area. Good News Club changes lives of the children and families within our community while sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.
