Mississippi State University Extension/Winston County is offering a food safety class.
If you shop, prepare and cook foods for your family or church members, this class is for you! This program helps individuals and families learn skills and strategies to improve and enhance food safety practices through basic principles such as the “Core Four” Principles “Clean, Separate, Cook and Chill”. Food Safety at Home is targeting those interested in learning more about food safety including, but not limited to adults, college students, teens and others who may make food purchase decisions and food preparation decisions at home or church. So join us!
When: Classes begin Tuesday, March 26 at 6:00 pm and will meet weekly for six weeks.
Where: Winston County Extension Office, 155 Vance Street, Louisville
