The Crowson's welcomed members of the LHS Class of 1959 to their home on the afternoon of June 9. Class members enjoyed lots of conversation and catching up with each other. Boiled peanuts, along with other delights, brought a festive atmosphere to the gathering. Joe and Dot's children were an important ingredient in what everyone declared a wonderful time!
When a torrential thunderstorm hit, everyone just moved closer together in the car port and as Do recalled, "Just kept on talking." Others remained stranded in that storm.
Joe and Dot are revered by the Class of '59 for their efforts to keep the class connected over the years. Their calls to let class members know of each member's passing sparked the close network that has evolved. The called is now shared among the team.
