The Winston County Branch of the NAACP will host the 11th annual Back To School/Stay In School event in partnership with the Louisville Municipal School District.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, July 21, 2018. The NAACP organizes the effort each year to provide students with the backpacks and supplies they need to start the school year, at no cost to families.
The event will be at held at all the schools in the Louisville Municipal School District.
FAIR Elementary from 9:30-11:00 am
LOUISVILLE Elementary School from 9:30- 11:00 am
Eiland Middle School from 10:30 - Noon
Louisville High Schoolfrom 10:00 - 1:00 pm
Nanih Waiya School from 10:00 - Noon
Noxapater School from 10:00 - Noon
Free School Supplies will be distributed at each school by NAACP. Parents must accompany students to receive supplies.
Different activities will take place at each school, and will include some of the following:
School registration (bring proofs of residency)
Teacher assignments and class scheduling

Freshman orientation and school tours
Community Information Booths
Meet and greet superintendent, teachers, coaches and sponsors
