AES students can now complete their beginning of the year paperwork prior to the 2018 – 2019 school year.
The paperwork that is sent home the first day of school will be available to complete ahead of time, and in return parents/guardians will receive student homeroom information.
In order to receive homeroom information early, parents/guardians must have all of the information listed below completed, and may register on any of the dates and times listed below in the AES library. If you are unable to come during these times, you will still be able to complete paperwork at the beginning of the year like normal.

Registration Dates: July 24th – 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; July 25th – 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.; July 26th – 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Information Needed to Receive Your Child’s Class Schedule/Homeroom:
-- Completed registration packet (This can be completed on site during one of the dates above, picked up early at the school to bring in during the registration dates, or printed off the website and brought in during registration).
-- Three (3) current proofs of residency with a July or August date and the parent/guardians’ name listed on the proofs – Proofs of residency can include the following: Electricity bill, solid waste bill, mortgage/property deed, automobile registration, water bill, landline phone bill, apartment/home lease, gas bill, and valid driver’s license.
-- Completed cafeteria paperwork (If you intend to file for free or reduced student meals).
**Incoming Pre-K students will need to bring in updated proofs of residency as stated above, updated shot records (if needed), and will review previously completed registration packets from the April registration.**
Open House for Ackerman Elementary School will be August 6th from 5 – 7 p.m.
If you are a new student and want to register at AES, you may also do so during these dates.
