Friday, May 10 around 9:30 p.m. many were able to see a geomagnetic storm, known as a G5, that produced a Aurora Borealis, or the Northern Lights, in Mississippi. Facebook was filled with pinks, purples and even some green hues, with some even seeing “dancing” lights.
