Thanks to volunteers and city workers, the city of Eupora is looking a lot like Christmas. They decorated the BLY Art Park, Eupora Depot Park and Depot on Monday. The Eupora Main Street Associationís Merry and Bright Tree Lighting Event at the Depot Park will be Nov. 21. Children can visit with Santa and Mrs.

But the Warriors gave the Falcons all they wanted before dropping a 35-7 contest to the Falcons. The Warriors fall to 4-6 on the season and will travel to Leake County in the first round of the Class 1A playoffs.

Patriots lose in five overtimes

It's never good to play a team in football two times in the same season, and especially to the team that won the first game! St. Aloysius from Vicksburg made the trip to Patriot Field 2 weeks in a row, as they were defeated last Friday night at Patriot Field 27-12 in a game that started as though it would finish under a running clock.
