NATIONAL SUMMARY
A potent storm system will push north tomorrow, spreading
wet weather from Alabama and the Florida Panhandle up into
Pennsylvania. Thunderstorms are expected in the Florida
Panhandle, while the heaviest rain falls from Atlanta to
Washington, D.C. By the time the storm reaches Pennsylvania
in the afternoon, snow will start mixing in with the rain.
Farther west, a fairly large area from Minnesota to Missouri
to Michigan is expected to have periods of snow showers and
flurries. There can even be some flurries back in the
Dakotas and western Montana. Lower-than-normal temperatures
are actually expected over a majority of the Lower 48
tomorrow. The main focus of the lower-than-average cold will
be over Nevada and Utah.
