The Nation's Weather for Friday, October 21, 2022
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
While dry conditions are expected across most of the East
tomorrow, a storm on the opposite coast will bring wet
weather to the Northwest. Rain along with high-elevation
snow will spread from northern Oregon to western North
Dakota. The lone portion of the East that will have the
potential for precipitation will be down in far southeastern
Florida where a shower or thunderstorm will be possible.
Much of the Southeast will remain cooler than average for
this time of year. Temperatures slightly lower than average
will spill northward into Virginia as well. It will still be
warmer than usual for most of the West, especially over
California; however, Washington and Oregon will begin to
cool down due to the incoming storm.
