NATIONAL SUMMARY
There can be a little rain at times from South Texas along
the Gulf coast into portions of the Southeast tomorrow.
There can also be a little more beneficial rain coming to
Southern California; there is still the risk of mudslides
and debris flows, especially near steeper terrain. In the
southern Sierra Nevada Mountains, northern Arizona and
southern Utah there can be snow at times above 4,000 feet
in elevation. Otherwise, much of the country will be dry
with the exception for some snow in northern Wisconsin,
Michigan and New York. Across the Great Lakes into the
Appalachian Mountains and New England, it is expected to be
quite windy. Wind gusts during the day into the nighttime
can generally be 40-50 mph with 50-60 mph likely downwind
of the Lakes and in the higher terrain.
