NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm moving through the Northwest tomorrow will bring
rain, snow and high winds to the region. Snow will mainly be
contained to the mountains from Oregon to Wyoming and
Montana. The heavy rain can produce some flooding in
low-lying and poor drainage areas, mainly in coastal Oregon.
A clipper will move through Michigan and into New York and
Pennsylvania as well. There will be a general 1-3 inches in
the steadiest snowbands. Elsewhere there will be near-record
cold in the Southeast tomorrow morning. Georgia will have
lows in the 20s and Florida will be in the 30s, which is
15-25 degrees Fahrenheit below normal. The Southwest will
remain fairly warm.
