The Nation's Weather for Thursday, February 22, 2024
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
Conditions will turn drier across most of the West tomorrow,
with the exception of a snow shower or two in the mountains.
On the other side of the nation, rain and thunderstorms will
spread from the Northeast to the Mississippi Valley as a
developing storm moves across this region, which could lead
to travel disruptions and some ponding on roadways. Some
snow can begin to mix with rain in the higher elevations of
New York and Pennsylvania late in the afternoon.
Additionally, some thunderstorms may be able to produce
gusty winds and small hail from southern Missouri to western
Kentucky. Much of the center of the nation will experience
breezy although still mild conditions, and temperatures will
