The Nation's Weather for Wednesday, November 22, 2023
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm moving over the Northeast will bring mostly snow
across the northern tier of the Northeast tomorrow, however
there can also be some ice and rain mixed in at times. This
can lead to slippery spots, mainly on bridges. Farther
south, rain will spread across southern New England and
along the Atlantic coast, with thunderstorms possible across
southern Georgia and Florida. On the other side of the
nation, a storm will begin to move into the Northwest,
bringing showers and even some high-elevation snow to the
region. Elsewhere across the country, dry weather will
prevail as high pressure remains in place. The high pressure
overhead will also provide plenty of sunshine across the
Southwest and the South Central, and temperatures will be
near to above the historical average for late November.
